DIAGNOSIS

We will diagnose your companies current situation to ascertain the best course of action for your Wellness Programme.

  • Send out an information gathering survey to your TEAM

RECOMMENDATIONS

Recommend what we feel is right for your individual needs. Based on space, numbers and budget.

  • Level of Coaching required
  • On or off site training

PLANNING

Plan out the logistics of your Wellness programme and we will implement it into your business.

  • What software and apps we are using
  • How many training sessions required per week
  • Times of sessions and workshops

DELIVERY

Meet the coaches, work out participants training schedules and the exercise and nutrition programme that is right for their individual needs.

  • Meet the coaches running your programme
  • Nominate a Wellness Champion within the business
  • Motivate and engage to increase participation
  • Make sure an individuals goals/needs are met

REVIEW

Measure, review and refine your Corporate Wellness programme throughout.

  • Monthly internal surveys and feedback (what’s working well)
  • Measure activity and exercise levels
  • Monitor participation and increase throughout

GOALS

We will set out goals and targets at the start of your Wellness programme and then each quarter there after.

  • Goal setting is an important part of everything we do
  • We will aim to set monthly goals in between
  • Both on a business and individual level
